T1N4 Water
T1N4 Water is a unique AV enhancer based on mains power conditioning principle, however with a vital difference. Most power conditioners limit the dynamic range. T1N4 is quite the reverse, it offers dynamics, fast, open 3D sound. When used in a video system it increases colour picture definition. T1N4 delivers the ultimate audio/video experience.
The Tina isn't a drab conditioner it is a fun music enhancer. It has two sets of outlets, providing different musical characteristics. The first two outlets will often be used for power amplifiers the other outlets for the preamplifiers DAC and the like. There is no hard and fast rule, plug-in your system and fine tune the results!
All internal wires are handmade from a mix of pure silver (99.99%), gold and copper wires. They are used exclusively within the T1N4 Water AV Enhancers inductors. All inductors are hand wound. The electronic components are sealed inside a carbon fibre tube using silicone, reducing the vibration.
T1N4 does not use PCBs or soldering. We DO NOT compromise!

I was using IsoTek EVO 3 Titan for the power amplifiers and EVO 3 Sigmas for preamps and others low power consumption. In this mixed analog-digital system, nearly all components are powered through the T1N4.
Compared directly with an Isotek units, the difference was immediate and unmistakable, even without extended listening: High frequencies become cleaner and more extended, Cymbals in jazz recordings gain air and definition. Female vocals, flute, and clarinet exhibit greater harmonic openness and stability. The presentation is not just clearer—it is more controlled and naturally resolved across the spectrum.
Thanks to the Gekko T1N4’s unrestricted power delivery, the low-end is deeper and more authoritative, providing a visceral foundation that handles complex orchestral crescendos with ease. The Listening Experience: Fatigue-Free Realism Despite the immense resolution of this "super-system," the most striking quality is its naturalness. It avoids the clinical "edge" often found in high-end digital setups. Instead, it delivers a smooth, relaxed presentation that allows for marathon sessions. I have a feeling that this is a system that doesn't just play recordings, it recreates the original musical event, offering a non-fatiguing experience that focuses entirely on the emotional heart of the performance.

In a system dedicated to reel-to-reel playback, I use the T1N4 to supply power to multiple legendary analog machines. What stands out immediately is the restoration of tonal balance across different designs. Each tape machine retains its unique sonic signature, yet performs with greater clarity and control. The Studer C37 and Telefunken M10, both tube-based, no longer sound overly thick or congested as they often do when plugged directly into the wall. The Nagra and Stellavox, representing top-tier solid-state design, show a clear reduction in harshness during dynamic peaks. The T1N4 does not homogenize the sound—it reveals the individuality of each machine while maintaining overall system coherence.

The first time I came across the Gekko TIN4 mains filter was at the Ascot Hi Fi Show a few years ago.
I was helping to set up a manufacturers system ready for the demonstrations over the next couple of days. I had brought along my semi pro 10 1/2 inch reel to reel tape recorder and balanced mains unit, that were duly installed and working.
Boban of Gekko cables was also assisting with this installation supplying his excellent interconnect, speaker and mains cables. It wasn't long before music was being played back from hi speed studio master tape, 1st generation copies. We all sat down and were enjoying superb sound quality, until Boban suggested we try his TIN4 filter instead of my balanced mains unit. I was very sceptical that his filter would be any different and suggested that in this 'shoot out' mine would be the winner!
I had been using the balanced mains unit in my system for several years with great success, it lowers the noise floor and virtually eliminates any spikes that appear on the mains supply.
We all agreed to try the TIN4 as we wanted to achieve the best sound the system could give. Well once swapped over we were all shocked at the immediate improvement in sound quality. This was not a subtle difference it was huge, I admitted defeat and put my balanced mains unit back in its box! If I needed one word to describe the improvement that the TIN4 filter makes to a high quality system, it would be 'Resolution' everything you hear is more focused.
I am pleased to report that everyone who heard this system were impressed, a few said it was the best they had heard at the show.
More recently Boban kindly lent me one of his mains filters for me to try in my home system, I think you can guess the outcome. Once again when installed the improvement was truly dramatic and I bought it. If you ever have the opportunity to try the TIN4 filter in your system - believe me you won't be disappointed.
